Lagree: The Lagree method is a globally registered trademark. Our training is officially recognized internationally. By obtaining your certificate at KYSKO, you join the exclusive community of certified “Lagree Fitness” instructors, allowing you to teach in any licensed studio around the world

Reformer and Barre: Unlike other professions, there is no single “state diploma” or strict government regulation governing the teaching of Pilates or Barre globally.

1. Since there is no standardized regulation, the value of your diploma rests entirely on the reputation of the training organization.

What are the prerequisites?

Prerequisites apply only for the Reformer Pilates training. We ask each candidate to have practiced a minimum of 20 hours of Reformer Pilates before the first day of training. This foundation allows for already established body awareness and familiarity with the machine settings.

What is the average salary of an instructor?

The majority of instructors are paid per session. On average, you can expect an hourly rate between CHF 40 and CHF 80.

Can I pay for my training in installments?

For our Pilates program, you have the option to spread your payment over 2 installments. For Lagree, payment for this training is made in a single payment.

Will I be ready to teach immediately after the exam?

The answer is yes. The main objective of KYSKO Academy is to transform you into an operational professional as soon as you obtain your certificate.

What happens if I fail the practical exam?

The practical exam is the final step that validates your ability to teach safely. If you do not pass this step, you will need to restart the program from the beginning. However, rest assured: our goal is your success. We have put in place a structure that minimizes this risk:

1. Small class sizes: We favor small groups to guarantee highly personalized support.
2. Close coaching: Each student benefits from close support from our trainers. You receive constant feedback throughout the training to correct your weak points well before the exam.
3. Intensive preparation: Thanks to this immersion and our step-by-step methodology, you arrive on the day with all the keys in hand to succeed.

What is the cancellation policy?

In case of withdrawal, the following refund conditions apply depending on the date of your request:

• More than one month before the start of training: Cancellation is free. You receive a full refund of your registration.
• Between one month and two weeks before the start of training: A partial refund of 50% of the total amount of the training will be made.
• Less than two weeks before the start of training: No refund will be possible. At this stage, the resources and logistical organization are already finalized for your attendance.

What is the maximum number of students per session?

To guarantee high-precision teaching and highly personalized support, we limit each cohort to a maximum of 12 participants.

Is a manual included in the training?

Yes, absolutely. We have designed comprehensive educational materials to support you throughout your learning journey.
