OUR CLASS
Kysko has been trained in the Petit Pilates © Method to offer group classes for children from 3 years old. The Petit Pilates © method introduces children to the functional analysis of movement and its application in space. It was designed by Pilates professionals for children, directly linked to their practical experience.
Benefits
The Petit Pilates © method adapts to the different phases of physical and psychological development from childhood to adolescence.
It takes into account the challenges of a growing being in constant physical transformation. The classes are suitable for all children, regardless of their age:
- Children aged 3 to 6 are introduced to an ordered and active life.
- Children aged 6 to 10 learn preventive action for postural balance, especially if sports activity intensifies.
- Adolescents aged 12 to 16 develop good posture for life.
SCHEDULE & KIDS' CLASSES
To help you work out with total peace of mind, Kysko offers dedicated kids’ slots as well as simultaneous classes for parents and children.
KYSKO STAND
Simultaneous Parent & Child Slot: Starting September 2nd, join us every Wednesday at 1:10 PM for your class while your child enjoys their Petit Pilates session (ages 4 to 10).

New weekly classes (starting August 26th):
Wednesday, 10:00 AM: Petit Pilates (ages 3 to 6)
Saturday, 10:00 AM: Family Yoga (parent + child aged 3 to 8)
Saturday, 11:00 AM: Kids’ Yoga (ages 5 to 10)
Special Offer “Bring Your Kids” (Free for kids): Enjoy a free Petit Pilates class for your child while you take your Reformer or Lagree class at 10:00 AM (regular class price applies for parents).
Dates: Sundays, September 27th, November 8th, and December 6th at 10:00 AM.
