The Pilates method focuses on deep muscle strengthening. Pilates works around 6 principles: body alignment, movement control, mental focus, breathing, precision, and fluidity. Pilates allows you to work deeply, gain muscle tone, and improve posture and strength.

At KYSKO, we teach a blend of classic and modern Pilates on reformer machines. Our classes are focused on movement and fluidity, while being attentive to individual needs. Prepare to be challenged and to sweat!

At KYSKO, everyone can find a class that suits them. We offer different levels so that you can discover Pilates and then challenge yourselves progressively. We also offer express classes to allow you to work out even when your day is busy.

We believe that Pilates helps you feel better in your body and live better; everyone can benefit from it.

Of course, Pilates is for everyone.
We recommend that you start with a few Beginner or All Level classes to discover the Pilates method and familiarize yourselves with the reformer.

You can take a first trial class for 30 CHF.

Congratulations, you are registered for your first class! Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to prepare yourselves. Sports attire such as yoga or fitness wear is required, as well as non-slip socks, which we sell if needed.

A shower is available if you wish to use it after the class. Please remember to bring a towel.

The frequency varies depending on your goal. For posture and back pain, we recommend 2 to 3 sessions per week. If Pilates complements your sports activity and you are looking for muscle strengthening, 1 to 2 sessions per week is ideal.

Joseph Pilates said: “In 10 sessions you will feel a difference, in 20 sessions you will see a difference, after 30 sessions you will have a different body.”

With Pilates, we deeply strengthen our body. KYSKO takes you further by offering cardio classes to challenge your heart, thus providing you with a complete physical workout.

You can cancel your class directly in the online application. Cancellation is free if done more than 24 hours before the start of your class. If you cancel the class less than 24 hours before the start, the class will be deducted from your subscription.

The two methods are very different, although both disciplines will allow you to strengthen and tone your body.
If you have back problems, are resuming physical activity, or feel the need to realign your body due to poor posture at work… Pilates will be more suitable.
If you wish to challenge yourself, work on your cardio, and transform your body quickly… Lagree will be more suitable.
