OUR CLASS
If you are pregnant and wish to continue physical activity:
- Obtain your doctor’s approval before continuing any physical activity.
- 1st trimester, we recommend you continue with your usual routine if you are fit.
- 4th/5th month, intense classes are no longer suitable; you should drop down a level (intermediate or beginner).
- 8th month, we recommend you attend beginner classes.
Inform the instructor before class that you are pregnant and listen to your body during exercises.
