Pilates Reformer

The added value of the Reformer workout are :
- A better alignment: by design, the reformer allow you to find a better spine alignment and thus improve posture
- A large range of intensity: with the resistances, you can work with more intensity and adjust the work-out to your level
- A better balance: the moving carriage challenges your balance and improve your proprioception
- More fun: there are endless numbers of exercises on the reformer, you will never get bored
KKYSKO also offers private Pilates classes (MAT, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Tower).
Classes last 50min – 25min for the express class during lunch time
For all our Reformer classes, non-slip socks are mandatory. You can purchase them at the studio.
To ensure the smooth running of classes and everyone’s safety, 2 beginner or All Levels classes are required before participating in intermediate classes. If you already have a solid practice with the Reformer, you can contact us to request permission to join the intermediate classes.

An intermediate class for those who are comfortable with the Reformer and want to challenge themselves.

All Level
A all-levels class to review your Pilates fundamentals and progress quickly. Perfect for any skill level.

Jumpboard
A Reformer class with the jumpboard that will challenge you and make you sweat. We jump, have fun, and work deeply.

Booty/Abs
Booty and abs strengthened with a Reformer class, where squats and planks will be your best friends.
