I’ve always been passionate by sport and personal development. In 2018 I decide to create KYSKO (Know YourSelf by Kosinski) to help others find their right balance in life. At first, it was an extra-professional activity, yet I quickly realized I wanted to make more of it.

I decide then, in 2020 after more than 9 years working for multinational companies, to open the first KYSKO boutique Studio in Geneva. I want to offer you a unique and dynamic place where you can (re)build your body and live your life fully.
